The staff were very knowledgeable about what was and wasn’t gf. They changed their gloves and washed and sanitized their hands without me having to ask. There were plenty of good celiac-friendly options, and the food was delicious. I ordered a burrito bowl and loved it. I would definitely recommend this place.

Every filling is gf. The only thing not gf is the tortilla. Which is sad because real tortilla are made from corn not wheat. Take the bowl then

Order a burrito bowl and no problem. Rice, meat, veggies, salsa, guac etc are gluten free. Most staff are knowledgeable.
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Chipotle in the Rideau Centre - I spoke to the staff and they recommended ordering a bowl. They were knowledgeable and had received training to reduce cross contamination and wash their hands and change gloves.
Yes
Everything is gluten free except for the wheat burrito wraps. Ask for a glove change. FYI Almost all items are served with utensils but some items are grabbed with hands and may be cross contaminated, like the lettuce. Tasty and quick.

It's Chipotle, exactly as you'd expect from a Chipotle though the average age in the restaurant when I was there was about 20 due to it being a college town. New employees were being trained but doing a great job. I did not ask for gloves to be changed but I didn't have problems with crunchy chicken tacos, guac and hot sauce.

Chipotle is a safe place for me but this location SUCKS. Do not go here!
Lately they are really strained by lack of staff and many new staff. This location is so busy that they have a hard time wiping down counters, etc. Ordering it “gluten free” turns into this big production with a line forming behind me, with me feeling embarrassed because I seemingly need a ton of “special treatment “. When you tell them it's gluten free, they change gloves and spoons/serving tongs, and will even get lettuce, etc from a fresh container if you want. The same person will take you down the line so as to avoid cross contamination in adding toppings. Great concept if you have enough people to help the other customers…
I just wish you could request the same for orders on the app, but I guess it would be the same inability to do it with as busy as they are.

I love the amount of options available. But boy is the work area messy. I make sure to only order items they don’t have use their hands for to avoid cross contamination
