Review of Chipotle

You are not able to place a gluten free order online. There is no way to add instructions. The staff will not answer the phone either. They will follow gf precautions (change gloves, change spoons, wipe counters down) if you ask in person. You have to be on top of them, though. I ordered crispy tacos with gf allergy and they used flour soft tortillas to make them. They clearly don’t understand the concept of what gluten is and what products have it.
