Beware – No dedicated fry vat.
Smoked wings were good. Waitress was friendly and helpful. I asked her to double check to make sure they have a dedicated fryer, and the answer was that they do not – if you're a celiac, don't order fries or fried shrimp, or other fryer foods.
This does limit the menu choices, but the waitress confirmed many questions about sauces, etc. with the kitchen and I felt safe eating there.

Majority of menu items are gluten free. Food is delicious Southern style and our celiac daughter loved the grilled shrimp with fries.
