The soy sauce is not GF and is used in most of the dishes, including as a marinade for the chicken. My server was also a celiac and explained to me that the only safe items are the avocado salad, quinoa salad, squash stew, mushrooms and beef.

Super sensitive celiac and I've eaten here at least 30 times without a problem. Just let them know you're gluten free and talk to the chef. The chicken falls off the bone, the fries and plantains (both kinds), the sauces, and most sides are gf. It's my go-to place.
