We got to sit at the chef’s table. The food was amazing. The chef asked if we needed to be gluten free because of celiac (yes). They took care to ensure they used fresh separated butter, new serving utensils and walked us thru which items were already gluten free and which could be safely altered to be gluten free. Great atmosphere, friendly owners and staff. Amazing all in all.
