I visited with my family including my brother who is also celiac. They had gf bread for sandwiches and offered to make their home fries gluten free as well. It was noted that the home fries would take a little longer so they could clean a fryer to make them.
I got the breakfast sandwich with gluten free bread and my brother got the chicken fajita omelet.
There was no gluten free menu however many of the items could be made gluten free if they were not already. And staff was able to tell us what was gf and confirm with the kitchen when necessary.
The staff seemed very knowledgeable - specifically the kitchen who noted that one of the items we originally had ordered was not gluten free.
