They “yes” you to death saying “yes we know how to make gluten free” and then proceed to give you “crunch” in the rolls. Anything for a dollar just to get you to order. Not good business practice.
The staff was clueless. They said they do GF hibachi. Then they proceeded to cook mine on the same grill as the rest of my party. I explained they have to cook it in the kitchen and they seemed annoyed. Go to Mizu instead they also make an exception GF meal.

My daughter went for Hibachi a party and the wait staff and chef were incredibly accommodating. They cooked her food separately in the kitchen with oil instead of butter and GF soy sauce. They even brought her out sorbet in an orange when everyone else had cake.
