Unfortunately I do not think this restaurant is celiac safe. While there are a lot of gluten free options, they also serve gluten containing bagels. The bagel sandwiches are prepared on the same cutting board and with the same knives, etc, as used with the gluten free wraps. The server had not ever heard of celiac disease and there appears to be a lot of cross contamination in the very small kitchen area. If you are celiac, I don’t think this place is suitable.
