Literally stated the burger itself is not gluten free, but they have a gluten free bun as if that helps. Staff has zero knowledge and doesn't seem to care.

We are new to GF for Celiacs disease but our dietician has been coaching us what to ask. When we started our order, we told them we had Celiacs. (My daughter is positive and I’ve been diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitus and pending my Celiacs test). They immediately cleaned tue area and offered us our choice of lettuce wraps or GF buns. We didn’t eat the fries since the burgers were huge. Great selection and options.

I ordered a burger on a GF bun, as promised on this app and by the man who took my order. The meals arrived ( three of us dining) and my burger had an exact bun, NOT GF, as the others. The man retrieved mine, made me a new burger, on GF bun, and served it.

Not celiac safe. Not sure what got contaminated , but I verified a couple times and they said it was safe.

Tourist in town asking after my health; fries are fried in the same oil as the breaded chicken; gf buns grilled on the same grill as the brioche. Not safe for celiacs. On to the next burger joint!

Probably not celiac safe. They had gluten free buns, but the middle of the bun was still cold when my burger came out. Bun was super crumbly, and no additional gluten free menu, I had to inquire about the buns. Good in a pinch I guess.

Great experience there- sweet potato fries were incredible. If you are dairy free, they put butter on the buns... so make sure you request without butter.

The gf bun was really good. Fries are cooked in a separate fryer. Not a lot of choices but what they have is good.

They have a gluten free bun and the fries are fried in their own separate fryer. The woman taking my order was really helpful and triple checked for me!

The kid at the register was willing to go ask someone in the back what was ok. Decent burger, decent bun.

Went to downtown Dallas location and was straight up told "we have gluten free buns but our burgers are not gluten free". Was kind of surprised.

For a burger place, it was awesome. Their food is cooked separately. They also have a gluten free bun. The manager Emmanuel was amazing and actually took my order. He checked on me several times. I had the chop house burger on a gluten free bun and truffle fries.

Excellent celiac friendly place! My 12 year old celiac had a fresh burger on a GF bun. The French fries are GF and fried in dedicated fryers. The staff were extremely knowledgable and explained their GF procedures well. Highly recommend - the food was amazing!

CHB is a don't miss for everyone! They start with locally sourced ingredients and the quality shines through in food!! Our son has celiac so we are thrilled to find CHB! GF buns, GF fryer, with ice cream made our kiddos meal one we'll be back for soon! (Even if a little bit of a drive from Coppell.)
