Chops Lobster Bar

An incredible experience at this upscale restaurant. They have 2 fryers and the one used for fries is also used to flash fry gluten free items with rice flour. Had flash fried Lobster tail, salad, truffle fries, whole lobster. Hubby had a wonderful steak. A lot of the menu can be accommodated. Server was very knowledgeable about cross-contamination and he said if I ever return and have an issue to ask to speak to the Chef because they will always accommodate!
