Chorizo Mexican Eatery

when I told the server i couldn’t have wheat, she quickly dismissed it and assured me there was no gluten in the kitchen. When I looked over to the kitchen while they were cooking out food, I saw they were toasting sandwich bread on the same surface as the tortillas, and even moved my tortilla at the end directly to the spot where the bread was toasting just minutes before. When I told the server I couldn’t eat it, she said she could take it off the tab, but otherwise didn’t seem to care.
