Contacted prior to arriving, spoke with chef. Confirmed cross contamination measures taken in kitchen for Gluten Free menu items. Prepared in seperate area, cooked in cleaned pans, can shallow fry some items if requested as no dedicated deep fryer. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
