Just went and was told there was no gluten free menu, but they do have gluten free bread (no buns). Bread was good, not the tiny Udi’s slices. Waitress warned me that fries were cross contaminated and offered gf substitutions.
GF menu has gluten-containing items (ex: farrow...) when asked about it waiter brought out chef who also claimed it was GF, makes me wonder how carful they are when it comes to celiac disease or serious intolerances
No
Good gf menu. I always get the portobello Reuben on udi's and I've never once gotten socks
Yes
I believe the menu has been updated recently. They have a separate gluten-free menu with lots of options, good food, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable plus you get that cozy tavern with a fireplace feel.
Great options for gf eaters
Limited options. Last time I was there my table got spinach dip but it comes with pita chips. We asked for a gluten free option and the chef said he could give me a slice of bread or 2 (just Udi's) but he would charge me 8$. I naturally declined and shared my understanding of pricing for gf bread. They then charged me for veggies for the dip. Doesn't sound gluten free friendly at all.
They have a "gluten-sensitive" menu and have always been very responsive to diet/allergy concerns on my visits.
