All items were individually wrapped, she brings them in, and I'm not familiar with preparation practices. I had a pecan pie brownie, raspberry Custard cheesecake and choc. Cherry cheesecake. Hands down, best cheesecake ever. Creamy, smooth, not overly sweet. No artificial aftertaste. Wish they shipped, I'd order.

Totally gluten free facility. Gluten free, dairy free, egg free, and nut free sourdough breads and rolls, sweet and savory rolls, as well as cheesecakes. Par baked and frozen breads and pizza crust. Lots of low carb/Ketogenic options (cheesecakes, sweet rolls, sandwich rolls) as well. Some of the best variety of flavors and combinations! Truly passionate baker.
