We had a great experience here!! Everyone was really well trained on gluten free. They have GF buns, baked beans and coleslaw for sides. They don’t have a separate GF menu or anything marked on the menu but all the employees I talked to were helpful about it. They have a GF button on the register to mark the order as an allergy, and the owner said they change gloves and have one person handle the entire order. My only complaint is that they do not have a separate fryer for GF so the fries are not gluten free if you’re sensitive to cross contamination. The food was great though- highly recommend!
