While visiting College Station we stumbled upon this restaurant… By far the BEST hamburger I’ve ever had!! I love that they have a dedicated fryer for GF fries. They even have deliciously crisped onions to top my burger. The owner was so sweet and very knowledgeable about GF-her daughter is Celiac too!! Best GF meal I’ve had in this area!!

Great GF options & great food. Me & 2 of my 3 sons are Celiac, & none of us had a reaction. The fries have a dedicated fryer & they offer GF buns. I had the taco salad, & the boys both had cheeseburgers. Our only complaint was the Carnival “cheese” on the cheese fries. Will definitely come back!

The best place in town to get a burger, and they have a dedicated fryer so you can order the French fries safely. The staff is knowledgeable and is great about communicating. The owners are fantastic and do what they can to make everyone's eating experience great. Ask for the gluten free menu if you need it!

First time back in College Station since being diagnosed with Celiac. This was a great meal! My waitress was Celiac and said she eats here. Separate fryer as many have mentioned. Fries were amazing and burger was solid.

Waitress said the kitchen changes gloves and cleans the grill. They are not a dedicated gluten free facility, but I had no issues. Would return.

Owners understand CC and take great care in the kitchen to avoid any CC. They are well versed on what a celiac can and can't eat. This has become one of my favorite and most trusted places to eat in BCS.

I had the cheeseburger and fries with ranch dipping sauce. They have a dedicated fryer.

The owner told me her daughter has celiac disease and she was aware of CC but let me know it is a shared kitchen so there’s always the possibility of CC.

First, I’m celiac and did not get sick from eating here.

The wait staff understood gf very well. The owner came to speak with us before we ordered and checked on us after we were served. Her adult daughter is celiac and helps them choose their gf offerings.

I had the Chubby burger with fries and fry sauce… absolutely delicious! Flavorful. Gf bun was NOT a crumbly mess… I ate the entire thing (which is unusual for me).

Per the staff, be sure to let the wait staff know you are celiac when you order so they can take precautions. They have multiple fryers but one is gf. They’ll be sure to use it for your order and clean the cooking area before prepping your food.

My daughter ordered the same thing (also gf to protect me) and loved it too! We’re from Pittsburgh and ‘fries on the sandwich’ are a steelworker/coalminer legacy that reminded us of home.

They have a separate area in the kitchen to do their best to avoid cross contact. They understand Celiac and gluten intolerance and do their absolute best to avoid cross contact. Wonderful people. Will talk with you. Their service was great. GF bread was soft and doesn't fall apart. You can tell they really want the best experience for those who have celiac or gluten intolerance.

We loved it! They did have a gluten free menu. I got a mushroom swiss burger with a GF bun and fries from dedicated fryer. It was delicious. Great atmosphere and awesome classic rock music.
