Ali is great. This is the best gf pizza ever. They have a dedicated kitchen space. They actually care about us. I cried the fisrst time. I ate there. Never been sick yet. Ok be extremely cautious I just received a gluten pizza.

A clarification from previous reviews - the PIZZA is prepared meticulously gluten free, not the BBQ meats. I called and asked, and they said the meats were gluten free. I then asked if they were handled in a way to prevent cross contamination, and they said no. When I asked at the counter and told them I was Celiac, they said they suggest the pizzas as they are prepared separately with separate utensils, pans, toppings, etc.

All that being said - the pizza was really good. We had the (regular) gluten free crust rather than the cauliflower crust. It was delicious. We ordered a second one and ate them both there. They really were that good. Yum!

UPDATE. I got the following reply on my Google review. It says it's from the owner: "We are super happy that you enjoyed your pizzas! However, I’m sorry that you were misinformed, if we are made aware of a gluten allergy, regardless if it’s pizza or barbecue we will handle it exactly the same way. I just had a chat with my guy, who spoke with you. He said he wasn’t sure so he wanted to be safe. Again, I apologize for that. Next time you come, let us know about your allergy or condition. We will be sure to handle it in a safe manner for you."
