Must go!! The atmosphere was so fun. Our waiter John was very knowledgeable about Celiac’s disease. The food was amazing!!! Huge portions and amazing taste.

I had a great experience at Chulita! First, the food is amazing, the vibes are on point, and the drinks are delicious. Our server was extremely knowledgeable of celiac. The menu is almost entirely GF - HOWEVER: they use the griddle for their burritos (flour tortillas), which they also use to warm the tortillas for tacos. So if you are celiac and concerned with cross contamination, tacos are off limits. Luckily, there is plenty of other food on the menu to enjoy.

Another note: they make almond flour and cassava tortillas in house that are celiac safe. Their corn tortillas are manufactured and brought in, and they weren’t able to verify whether the corn tortillas were from a safe facility. So again, if you are extra cautious about that kind of thing, the corn tortillas will be off limits. I didn’t feel I was missing out at all, and throughly enjoyed the house-made tortillas. Will be back again next time I’m in Venice!

Cute little place. Knowledgeable staff. I’m Celiac so I can’t have the tacos which is what I came here for. Cross contamination on tacos. I got coliflore fundido instead . Not what I expected. It’s a large portion meant for sharing and it’s a cauliflower creamy cheese dip with blue corn tostada shells. Hibiscus mezcal Margarito was okay. I probably won’t come back. I asked if the cooks could warm tortillas in a pan to avoid cross contamination and she said that they can’t. For non celiacs and vegans the tacos are a good price and sound delicious. I’d come back if I could have had those

Entire menu was gluten free with the exception of the burrito, and even that has a GF option. Not only that, but lots of dairy free, nut free, and vegan options. The food was exceptional! The tacos are a must try as is the coliflor fundido.

Had a great lunch there. Tony was superb in helping us have a great time. Everything but the flour tortilla was naturally gluten free and their kitchen was completely safe. They had great food!

Sooo much to choose from!! They have gluten free chips and salsa, quesidillas and tacos. Their fish tacos are amazing! The server was extremely knowledgeable and my husband didn’t get sick!

Was so good. All the flavor combos were amazing and I was able to sample from the plates of my family which never happens. I got the quesadilla and it was delicious. I was so full, so I took the churros to go.

The staff is always so kind here and knowledgeable about gluten allergies. My server told me the entire dinner menu is gluten free and the only item with gluten is the burrito on the lunch menu. I had the ceviche, fish taco, steak taco, quesadilla with chicken and churros which were all amazing! The also have a ton of vegan options. This is a very easy place to go if you’re gluten free, and they’ll leave a note for the kitchen if you have celiac to be extra extra safe.
