Kind of like a german chipotle style restaurant. Lots of options and flavorful. Only downside is you are up charged for anything you want to add, I think it was $3 to add peppers to my bowl.

Gluten free options and they know how to be careful with cross contamination (changing gloves and making the tacos in paper to protect them from the grill).
