Typical Brazilian statehouse. All meats are gluten free. Wide variety of buffet options that are kept quite clean. I typically do not touch a buffet due to risk of cross contamination however I wasn’t concerned here. I didn’t ask about the farofa or beans so I am not sure if they are gf. The food was very good would definitely recommend.
