Review of Chuy's

The food here is good BUT this is NOT a safe gluten restaurant. Manager told us there is virtually nothing on the menu that is gluten free except the Mexi Cobb salad without dressing. Corn tortillas are made in the same place as flour tortillas. Creamy jalapeño and most other sauces are not gluten free. Ate at this restaurant for ten years before celiac diagnosis.
