I couldn’t recommend Ciao Bella enough. Had a 3 course meal (mussels as starter, then pasta carbonara and creme caramel as dessert) and wasn’t sick at all. The restaurant is aware of cross contamination and adapts the food on the menu as much as possible, just ask the very friendly staff and they will tell you what they can make GF for you. There is no GF pizza option, but the delicious pasta will make up for it. There is a member of staff who knows where gluten is in all items off the dessert menu that are not homemade in the restaurant (I.e. sorbet, ice cream), which I was impressed about. Price is also affordable, very good value for money. I am extremely pleased with my experience and will be going back.
