The very best part of the experience was our waiter. He is an absolute master of his craft and worked our table perfectly. Pasta dishes substituted a gf penne that was undercooked in three of our four meals by a few minutes. Two of those dishes were very flavorful but one was fairly bland. Pizza can be substituted for a 12” gf crust which was undercooked and not very appetizing. Dinner began with hot (except for the cold center) gf bread and infused dipping oil. Delicious. The house salad was nothing special but the chopped salad was excellent. And we all enjoyed the gf cheesecake cups for dessert but go with the strawberry topping instead of the others. Now, the front desk... the manager is abrupt and borderline rude, especially to my wife. If it wasn’t a special occasion and my children weren’t present, we would have left after our interaction with her. Very unpleasant. She would do better to manage from behind the scenes and leave customer interaction to more personable staff. There isn’t a dedicated gf menu but most dishes can be modified. Again, our amazing waiter was very gf knowledgeable and saved the experience from being mediocre. Hard to recommend based on the manager and the uneven kitchen performance but the waitstaff are excellent.
