I steered clear at first because they prep and cook alongside all other pizzas. But eventually decided to give it a try. Tested the bottom of the crust and the top of the crust under the toppings with my NIMA tester and it was safe. Went ahead and ate and no reactive issues. My husband has been good about talking to them each time we eat there about being careful in prep and cooking. So far so good. The only letdown is there is only one size - small. It’s about 3 small pieces for me and 3-4 pieces for the hubby. I have had their side salad for about $3-$3.50 which is a nice addition to the small pizza.

If you don't specify to have them cook your pizza on a pan they will put it directly onto the oven baking surface that all regular pizzas go on. Also, i believe it's just an udis gluten free pizza crust that you can buy way cheaper yourself and know its safe.
