Cider House BBQ and Pub

I think this restaurants is on the way out OR we just caught it at a really really bad time (noon on a Friday). From a general dining experience, all our food looked and tasted like it was reheated from the night before. Service was slow and inattentive BUT knowledgable of gf and had good options (food and beer) to choose from. Didn't get glutened, which for this app is paramount to good quality.

I love BBQ and had high hopes, but left disappointed. Perhaps try on a fri or sat night for better luck.

Those who like Celia beer, Alchemist brewery, the creators of this fine saison (now brewed by Ipswich brewing co) is only a few miles away.

Excellent souther style cooking with local foods and several delicious GF entrees...best for GF I've seen in central Vermont!
