Cids at Taos ski Valley is hands down the best place we have found for gluten-free and dairy free food. This is a family run establishment dedicated to healthy food choices. There is a grill with several different choices available for the whole family. Don’t forget to pick up a hard apple cider, a bottle of wine or a gluten removed beer. The gluten and dairy free curry was fantastic and my non gluten eaters loved their choices. The staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful. You will not be disappointed with this place.
