Fabulous, excellent with dairy and nut allergies as well. So pleased. Every single person thought it was one of the best meals of their life. Beautiful view, excellent reassuring service.

Belle vue! Goût de la bouffe nous a un peu déçus, surtout avec le prix que c’est. on est peut-être tombés une mauvaise journée… un lundi soir. Certains éléments trop salés (genre sauce qui goûte l’eau de mer), et certains accords moins dans nos goûts. Mais j’ai eu mon propre pain sans gluten quand les autres ont eu la corbeille alors que je n’y attendais pas. Ils pouvaient ajuster pratiquement tous les plats. Je me sentais en confiance pour le gluten. PS Il faut réserver au moins une semaine d’avance!

Waiter was well informed on what us cealiac disease. I also have a dairy intolerance and they were very careful woth my order. They even put something in your plate to indicate that it's yours and nobody else leave with your GF plate. Great service, great food, will come back for sure.

Trés bon repas sans gluten Pratiquement tout sur le menu peut être fait sans gluten sur le menu, sauf les pâtes. Les sauces ne sont pas épaissies avec de la farine. Lorsque j'ai réçu mon assiette il y avait un petit carton qui indiquais qu'il y avait un allergie, pour distinguer mon assiette des autres. Très bon et excellent service.

While they had no gf menu or gf symbols on the menu, almost everything could be modified. My food was tested and approved by my Nima (gluten detector) and was very delicious. And the view was spectacular!

Beautiful views, classy and elegant atmosphere, clean and modern, and friendly, attentive service- They are aware of gluten/celiac but my food came out twice with gluten containing ingredients and I had to send it back...uncomfortable and nerve wracking for any celiac...Also, some temperature issues with the entrees- lukewarm at best for mine and my non-celiac husband's food. I didn't get sick but I was really nervous eating here- It has enormous potential but they need better training for their kitchen/servers-

This restaurent is very cautious about gluten intolerance and the staff really take care of you. Many items on the menu are gluten free and after a lovely night observing Quebec City on the 28th floor, no feeling of being gluten!
