Update: they glutened me and told me they use the same equipment for everything, including gluten and pork, now that new staff made me sick.
Food is good. I always specify that I can’t eat anything made on the same surfaces that flour tortillas are used on and let them know I have a gluten allergy and have never been sick from eating there! I usually get fajitas with beans and rice or tacos. I don’t think they have a dedicated fryer but you could double check.
