Cilantro Taco

Stopped on way home from Disney due to th two positive reviews. My extremely sensitive Celiac daughter ate safely. Hard chicken taco and chips. I spoke to the very nice girl taking orders and asked that they change gloves. The open kitchen allowed me to see her jerk of a coworker refusing to do so and giving her a hard enough time that she said- I'll put her order together myself! Thankful for her, but be aware you should likely ask for the manager because the young guys working there don't seem chicken at all.

There is NO GF menu. Except for soft corn shells, everything else is deep fried in the same fryer. Only one employee knew anything about what might contain gluten. Disappointing.

Staff was great, food was wonderful. After talking to the staff, they wash hands and change gloves for any gluten free/celiac customer. Soft and hard corn tortillas, and a wide selection of meats and toppings.
