Used to go to Cilantro all the time before I was diagnosed celiac. Went back yesterday and it was a struggle. The server couldn’t understand what a gluten allergy is, so we had to ask someone else, who told us the only person who would know is the manager. After talking to the manager, they told us the only “safe” things were rice, beans, fajita shrimp, fajita veggies, and salads. But everything else is cooked in shared oil including chips, meats, and even the corn tortillas. I wouldn’t recommend if you are celiac or need to strictly avoid gluten. Did not feel safe here.
