Cilantro's Mexican Grill

the host/server said that they make the corn tortillas and the chips with flours... sometimes they mix it but he wasn't sure. And he didn't really seem like he cared to go and find out. If their menu fluctuates that much or is unknown to the servers and staff, we didn't feel like it would be safe to eat here.
