This place was amazing! The waiter was very knowledgeable. The brought gluten free bread for the table. Most of the dishes could be made gluten free. We had the beef carpaccio for appetizers, a risoto with scallops and the veal ossobuco.

They offer a GF penne pasta as a substitute for their pasta dishes. A few of the main menu items can be made GF. They do offer GF bread with an olive tapenade at the beginning of the meal. Server was knowledgeable, but the menu is somewhat limited.

Waiter seemed fairly knowledgeable about gluten free, though he did have some questions. Brought out GF bread and tapenade to start. Meal was good and I didn’t feel sick.

They were amazing here. I was a bit nervous because options were not marked on the menu but our waiter walked me through the whole menu and there were only a few items I couldn’t have. Most of their pastas can be made gluten free and they bring warm gf bread and a special treat with the cheque. The little gluten free truffle that came with the cheque was so good we asked them if we could buy a box and we went home with half a dozen of them!

Can make almost the whole menu gluten free (including pasta which they boil separately from gluten-containing pasta). Brought out house made gf bread before the meal and some treats as we were paying the bill. Went here before I was diagnosed and the food quality was just as high. Would definitely recommend

Very great place. Knowledgeable staff and very accommodating. Warm GF bread to start, even brought a small desert with our cheque that was GF! Will go back for sure.

Able to make about 95% of their menu GF. Very knowledgeable about contamination. Provided GF bread which they made in house. Absolutely fantastic food and great service.

These guys were exceptional today. I'm not a very sensitive celiac, so don't react to cross contamination. And I'm dairy free as well. But the GF pasta was boiled separately from regular pasta. The manager explained all my choices and the servers were attentive and careful. Dishes were modified so that no dairy was present as well
Great staff, very Knowledgable and willing to walk through each menu item and discuss what could be made celiac friendly - plus gluten free bread

Wonderful food, delicious cocktails & great wine list. Very knowledgeable and attentive staff. I had the elderflower cocktail and for dinner had the risotto with scallops, and the waiter recommended a fantastic wine. Great experience all around. Highly recommend.
The entire experience was wonderful. They make their gluten free bread in house and it was amazing. They can make about 90% of the menu gluten free. It was one of the best meals I have had since becoming gluten free. It is on the more expensive side, but well worth it. I hope to eat there again if I am in Vancouver ever again.

Right in the heart of the Robson Street shopping area is Cin Cin, which features a contemporary Italian menu and an award winning wine cellar. The menu is seasonallyinspired and always offers numerous gluten-free options. Keeping up with the high demand for great gluten-free products in Vancouver, the Cin Cin chefs developed a homemade glutenfree pizza crust, fresh pappardelle pasta and delightful table bread.
