A good Mexican restaurant can typically be a pretty safe experience but not so with this place. Nothing was marked GF on menu and no one knew if anything was GF st all including the manager. The server did his best and was very kind but he and the entire kitchen staff lacked any training. I was told the regular chef was not there and no one else knew. The manager did not bother to show his face until I asked for him. The only thing that they felt safe for me to eat was a salad. This is complete lack of training on the part of this restaurant. My partner who is not GF, ordered the tacos and they were not good. This place is going to have to completely step it up if they are going to stay in business. I know we will never go back.
