My favorite GF friendly breakfast place on Aquidneck Island!!Cindy (the owner) and most of their staff are very knowledgeable about different levels of gluten allergies. She always will clean off the grill before grilling a muffin. The omelettes and eggs are sautéed in individual pans. The home fries are the best I’ve ever had, she seasons them with a garlic dry rub seasoning. They are crispy and cook on the back 1/4 of the grill. She has white and multigrain gluten free bread and carries Udi’s blueberry gluten free muffins. Great atmosphere and plenty of options. Stop here if you find yourself traveling to Newport...because the GF options in Newport are surprisingly sub-par

Been here a few times for breakfast and have never gotten sick. Cindy is really knowledgeable about celiacs and making sure the food is prepared safely. She also offers gluten free bread.
