Excellent find. Any sandwich can be made with gluten free bread or as a wrap. They have a dedicated cooking area for preparing gf orders. Baked goods are prepared first thing in the am before other baked goods. Owners father has celiac so he is very knowledgeable about strict gf diet. Owner makes cakes on request
