Great little place. Only tried the cinnamon bun, but it was one of the best I’ve ever had (in terms of GF). Surprisingly gooey and soft. Excellent flavour. No gluten reactions. Will be going back as often as I can.

I have baked many different gluten free things, but cinnamon rolls are one of the most challenging. I am so grateful this bake shop are making gluten free cinnamon rolls in a way that is safe. And, they are delicious!! It was a special treat to be able to have while vacationing. My daughter is very sensitive to cc. She avoids “gf” oats. No oat flour in these cinnamon rolls and no reaction. We enjoyed them twice!

I’ve been able to enjoy cinnamon rolls during previous trips to Maui, but my friend with severe gluten intolerance couldn’t. I was delighted when we learned that this sweet spot now has gluten-free cinnamon rolls. We both bought one. They came warmed and separately package, wrapped in an additional layer or plastic wrap. And boy, were they good! Perfectly baked, ooey-gooey, and served with icing in the side. These were excellent and I’m craving another! My friend has no reaction and was very happy with her experience!

Absolutely amazing. My celiac daughter has never had a cinnamon roll, until now!! 3 people in my house have celiac disease and we all enjoyed these. They were pre-made and individually wrapped and in the fridge. They warmed them for us to enjoy (in the package so no cc). So amazing!! They also had gluten free banana bread but we didn't get any.

JUNE 2023: UPDATE: We got cinnamon rolls from this place again this summer and we knew they are so good that we bought two each to take back to our condo for mornings later in the week. For your gluten eating friends, be aware that the regular cinnamon rolls sell out! And probably the GF ones too. We arrived an hour before closing and there were no more gluten rolls for the day. We also wanted to buy some GF banana bread and that was sold out too. If you want to he sure to get your yummy treats get there early. My daughter is very sensitive to cc and she had no reaction eating these. JUNE 2022; These cinnamon rolls are DELICIOUS! As others have said, they are boxed separately and wrapped in plastic wrap. We got them to go since we were on our way upstairs to eat at Coconuts Fish Cafe for lunch. We just heated them up in the microwave the next morning and topped them with the cream cheese frosting. Yum! My daughter is very sensitive to cross contamination and she felt fine after eating the cinnamon rolls. We will definitely get these again next time we are in Maui.

I was really excited about the gluten free option since those are rare at these kinds of restaurants! I thought the gluten free cinnamon roll was just ok. It was very tough and dry. I only ate half and left it in the fridge over night and it was actually better the next day. Fun option though if your family is craving cinnamon rolls.

DELICIOUS GF cinnamon rolls!! As everyone else stated in previous reviews, they are kept separate in the refrigerator and cellophane wrapped. I took it home, along with the frosting, in order to heat it up myself. However, only half of the roll made it home, I could not stop nibbling on it - even without it being warmed! (I’m curious if anyone has ever tried any of their breakfast sandwiches with GF bread. I’m not sure of the cross contamination risk with other items but totally confident with the cinnamon rolls).

UPDATE: returned March 2023. This time I got the GF banana bread. It tested safe with my Nima sensor. It was also delicious!!

Really good cinnamon rolls and even better banana bread!! Seriously, the banana breed is a must if you go here. They have it with and without nuts and it is wrapped in plastic wrap in individual loaves. The GF cinnamon rolls are stored in a cardboard container wrapped in plastic wrap and in the fridge. I'm not celiac so I didn't inquire about cross contamination but seems like they do what they can to limit it! I would suggest getting the icing to go with the cinnamon rolls. It can be really busy/hectic but they have a good amount of GF rolls left when I went around 12pm on a Sunday. People were waiting 20 mins for more of the non-GF rolls to bake so for once I didn't have to wait extra time for me food and everyone else did! :) They recommend heating them up in the microwave for 1 minute before eating but if you plan on eating it right after buying they will heat it up for you!

We came her because everyone loved these cinnamon rolls. Don’t get me wrong they where good but they where still GF cinnamon rolls. They have that GF taste and texture that most GF baked goods have.

We do a lot of traveling and trying of GF places and while these where good they aren’t THE BEST GF cinnamon rolls in the US. But if you haven’t had GF cinnamon rolls or are craving one then this is the place.

They do have GF bread for their sandwiches, which was great and great texture. The only concern with the sandwiches is CC.

If you love cinnamon rolls this is the place to go! The gf rolls are wrapped separately and the place follows all the right protocols to limit cross contamination. These rolls are so buttery and sweet but not too sweet plus you can add the frosting toping yourself to decide how much sweetness you want. Been GF for 12 years and could hardly tell the difference, my BF (not gf) tried it too and said it was really good. 11/10 check this place out. They also brew Kona Coffee and it’s only $2ish for a medium! The half dozen deal doesn’t apply for the gluten free fyi.

GF Cinnamon Rolls are almost as good as I make! The GF is made in a safe environment & prewrapped very well, they will no open a GF item in the restaurant to add toppings, they put the toppings in separate containers for you to take outside and add your own toppings.

My husband (doesn’t have Celiac) went to get himself a cinnamon roll and noticed that they had gluten free cinnamon roll option. He asked questions to determine the safety. The GF rolls were made first thing in the morning and separate from the other cinnamon rolls. He got me one and it’s probably the best cinnamon roll, I’ve ever had since eating gluten free. It definitely looked different from his, but it wasn’t super hard and dense like other GF cinnamon rolls I’ve tried. We both appreciated that the rolls were definitely cinnamon tasting rather than just and essence of cinnamon.

I was so excited to try this place! We ordered online ahead as we heard they get very busy! So glad we did that. My gluten free cinnamon roll looked a little burnt, but it must not have been because I didn’t taste that! It was delicious! It’s different than the gf rolls I have at home. I was not looking forward to the cream cheese frosting, but it didn’t have a cream cheese taste to me. 🙌🏻 My husband had one of the bagel sandwiches, which he also enjoyed.
