Review of Cisco Brewers

Two types of gluten free beer last time I was there. If beer is not your thing they also have wine and hard alcohol. Food situation is rotating food trucks, generally I can find something, but best to bring your own snacks (allowed) if you want to ensure you have enough to eat. I think I heard an owner is married to someone with celiac, or something like that, they are very knowledgeable. The bartender also gave me some celiac friendly restaurant suggestions!
