This is a recommendation specifically for the veggie bibimbap dish, *with modifications.* Ask the owner to walk you through the ingredients, and specifically ask him to leave out anything with soy sauce (like the tofu which is marinaded in it…). It’s a small operation and he’s very kind and patient. Of course use your own discretion—not a dedicated gf facility and the menu only has a few dishes on it, but I’ve eaten the (modified) bibimbap here a handful of times without issues and it’s pretty delicious.
It’s also a nice and reasonably priced coworking space.
