They do have gluten free bread but you have to ask for the kitchen for it. Buffet style breakfast so there is always a contamination risk, but at least some choices.

Many gluten free breakfast options, including pre-packed Schär cornflakes and alpro soy yoghurt. Very friendly and understanding. Possibility to take breakfast into your room to avoid any cross contamination.
