Staff was knowledgeable about Celiac, but said they can’t prevent cross-contamination as there is “flour flying around all over in the kitchen”. The food was good, especially the Half-Chicken Cooked Two Ways and the Gnocchi (for non-GF people). No separate prep space and no dedicated fryer, though they said they would do their best to accommodate.
Got the caprese salad, calamari (breaded in rice flour!), GF past with lamb ragu, GF pizza and chocolate bundino for dessert. I had to ask twice if the pizza was for sure GF because the crust was so good, very airy and light, not crunchy like a cracker. While it’s an expensive meal, they do have outdoor seating with heaters, which is key during The Covid. Did not get sick so this is a high recommendation from me.
