This was my first visit to Citrone since I was diagnosed w/ celiac.
They state on their website to contact them about allergies. I did, and I was told that they take it very seriously. On the menu, it will be clear which items have gluten, with many of their meals gluten free. They also have their kitchen set up in zones.
We made the reservation on line, and it asked abt allergies. Our waitress knew our table had someone w/ celiac. (She has a diary allergy and gluten sensitivity, so she understands) The kitchen knows when my order is placed. Cross contamination is taken seriously, and by having the kitchen in zones- salads, sides, pasta, etc - the risk of cross contamination goes way, way down.
Also, the food is delicious and the new location is lovely
