Review of City Cafe

What a fabulous find!! I had the fried shrimp with fries and bought a cinnamon roll for a breakfast treat the next day. My non-celiac husband tried everything and declared it delicious (he even asked for more of the cinnamon roll). Can’t wait for another trip to Utica!
