I really enjoyed eating here before celiac and had a good experience recently. After discussing my issues with the waitress, she brought over the manager. They would cook my chicken in a separate pan because the grill would be cross contaminated. The salad and in-house made dressing gluten free. The menu does not denote gf foods, but the ingredients are listed. There are a lot of gf possibilities here if you’re willing to ask for a few tweaks. They do not have GF buns/bread. No dedicated fryer. Best of all… the food is yummy and the service is excellent.
