Waitress was knowledgeable about cross contamination and gf safety. She talked about staff changing gloves to handle gf items, knew whether gluten would be on the grill (no) and other surfaces such as flat top (yes). Limited items gf but steaks, burgers, pork chop are gf options. Seasonings used in meat are gf. Several sides are gf, baked potato, baked sweet potato, steamed broccoli, rice, and mushrooms. GF bun in individual packaging and frozen is microwaved not toasted (to avoid cross contamination) but was good. I had burger and steamed broccoli, am celiac, and had no ill effects. Note, do not get bacon, that is cooked in surface where gluten is present.

Nice home cooked food. They had a gluten free bun for my Cheeseburger. Could not get fries because of cross contamination on their fryers. But they made me fresh mash potatoes dry with no dairy! Very good food!

My son had a hamburger without a bun with a loaded baked potato. I ate a grilled chicken dinner with baked potato and green beans. I was glad that the chicken had flavor, but it was dry. Anyway, I was happy that there was a place in the middle of nowhere Kansas where we could eat. It was a little overpriced for what we got, but our options were few.
