Review of Civilization

I’m giving this a solid three stars, because for those of you who aren’t Celiac it’s probably a lovey place. For Celiacs, I don’t recommend it. Even very helpful staff aren’t able to answer much about ingredients or cooking methods and usually aren’t aware of cross contamination issues, and seem not to take those seriously. I still go periodically but stick to plain salads and coffee.
