Symptomatic Celiac

I told them I have celiacs and cannot have gluten. They were very careful about avoiding cross contamination and prepared my ice cream in a gluten free area in the back, behind the counter to keep it gluten free. My vanilla ice cream cup with caramel sauce was delicious, and I didn’t get sick at all. I would definitely go there again.
