I went for dinner with my family and the waitress had absolutely no idea what was gluten free on the menu and said “the salads would probably be fine” after making an unsure face. She was unable to answer any question I had about cross contamination concerns. After talking to the manager she said I could order pretty much anything and they would make sure they take the right precautions. They do have gf pasta but I was too afraid to try. The food took an hour to get to our table and it was just an average tasting salad. I didn’t get sick though!
