When we asked our first server about GF options, he said their were none. So we asked specifically about the tapioca and cheese croquettes. He said he would confirm with the kitchen. A different server came back to say it was GF. We then asked if it was cooked in oil with anything that has gluten. They checked with the kitchen who said the oil was clean and hadn’t been used yet that day. I took the chance and did not get sick. It was a lot of work to get to that point so it might be better to bring your own snacks when you visit Pão de Acucar to save yourself the hassle.
