Tous les gelatos sont sans gluten et sont délicieux. Ils offrent des cônes sans gluten également. Cependant, il y a aussi des cônes avec gluten donc il faut demander une cuillère propre et qu'ils prennent le gelato à un endroit où ça n'a pas été gratté. Le propriétaire est très gentil.
