Delicious food! Can make the wraps into a bowl instead. Burger without a bun is great too. All salads are gf. Staff is knowledgeable as well!

This is a healthy food bowl restaurant. They have basic options for your base, then protein, topping and sauces. As with any place I always say if your highly sensitive beware, you can’t see the “kitchen” so no idea how they cross contamination. From the front they look like they are really safe and allergy friendly.

This place is one of those “meal plan subscriptions” places that also does hot food fresh. A lot of the pre-packaged meals have wheat but are marked with all allergens so you’re confident on what you can / cannot eat. I got the build-your-own-bowl with salmon, chili spices, mushrooms, peppers, carrots with the rosemary potatoes. Not a ton of food for the cost, but was conveniently next to my hotel.

I would not recommend this place. Unfortunately the workers are very uneducated about dietary allergies and restrictions. After sharing that I had celiac disease the worker recommended the kale and quinoa bowl with chicken and additional veggies. The kale and quinoa bowl is not gluten-free. They had take home items available in the freezer that were incorrectly labeled. He knew very little about their ability to prevent cross contamination. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Update to the original post The manager is gluten aware and will go the extra mile, her staff will not. After our last two visit our food was not handled properly and we ended up with gluten cross contamination and my mother is still trying to recover from it. If you are gf for your preference and not life dependent on things being safe it’s ok but if you have celiacs or a Wheat allergy it’s not safe.
